Room Options

    • Function Room: Spacious and ideal for large events such as parties or receptions – free for members. Minimum of 10 people. Note: the Pool Table is relocated during events.

  • Meeting Room on the first floor: Perfect for smaller groups – up to 12 people, business meetings, training sessions, or workshops. – free for members. Note that this room can only be accessed by a set of stairs. Accessibility is constrained by the listed building status.

  • Tables and chairs arranged to your preference
  • Audio-visual equipment (projector, screen, sound system – downstairs only)
  • Free Wi-Fi access
  • Catering can be organised for an additional charge to cover the cost of food.  Extra details can be discussed with our Steward, Nigel Gladwell.
  • Kitchen facilities and bar
  • Wheelchair accessible (downstairs only)
  • Parking in the Town Centre car park or High Street

How to Book

  1. Contact our club secretary by phone or email to check room availability and discuss your requirements.
  2. Arrange a viewing if you would like to see the rooms before booking.
  3. Complete a booking form provided by the club and return it with your deposit or fill in the form on this page and click submit.
  4. Receive confirmation of your booking and further details for your event.

Monday - Wednesday 16:00 - 23:00
Thursday - Saturday 12:00 - 23:00
Sunday - 12:00 - 22:30

Please Note

1) The Club will open on bank holiday Mondays at midday. Please keep an eye on our socials pages and the Homepage here for other specific hours / events.

2) The actual closing time may be adjusted (brought forward) on the day if warranted, at the reasonable discretion of the Staff Member in charge. But don't worry if you are in the Club, we won't be kicking you out before time... unless you are really naughty.!! If in doubt or planning to arrive later in the evening, please call ahead (01789 762458) to avoid disappointment.
