Membership Application Form

Notes for New Members:
It is normal practice to display Membership Application forms on our notice board for a minimum of two weeks prior to the next full committee meeting. Your name, address and details will be on display. The Club, although a ‘members club’, could be subject to the Data Protection Act. Non-members may also enter the Club and view your details. If you have any queries or questions on this please contact the Membership Chair or Club Secretary with your view. If you don’t want your contact details ‘displayed’ please ensure this is clearly stated on the returned forms.

- If you are new to Alcester and are not sure about proposer etc., please ask at the Bar or contact a member of the Committee for assistance.
- If using the paper form then please return your application to the Secretary, at the club’s address or call in and leave it with the Staff behind the Bar.
- Your application will be processed and your details will be put on the club notice board for a minimum period of 2 weeks. Subject to a general Committee vote, you will be sent your door entry code and a welcome letter.
- You are welcome to use the Club facilities once your application is confirmed.
- Candidates for membership must be eighteen (18) years of age or above.
- The Committee requires that a reasonable standard of dress shall always be maintained by the candidate when entering the Club.
- Under no circumstances will bad language or abusive behaviour be tolerated on the Club premises.
- The Club operates a Non-Smoking policy. If you do smoke, a cigarette bin is located on the wall outside the main entrance – please use it but note that the entrance lobby must be kept clear while smoking.
- The Club cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage, however caused, to any property left on the premises under any circumstances.
Membership Fees (all include VAT)
A 10% discount is available if paid by 29th December 2025.
If payment is not received by 31st January 2026 at the latest, membership will lapse and discounted prices will be withdrawn.
Single Membership – £42
Dual membership – £72
Senior Membership (over 65) – £24
Dual Senior Membership (max 2 persions living at the same address & both over 65) – £42
CCA Affiliation Card – £3.60
Replacement Membership Cards – £6.00
Note for Dual Membership
- both applications must be submitted at the same time and evidence of living at the same address must be shown
- Maximum of 1 dual membership (ie 2 people) per address unless by Committee approval

Please Note
1) The Club will open on bank holiday Mondays at midday. Please keep an eye on our socials pages and the Homepage here for other specific hours / events.
2) The actual closing time may be adjusted (brought forward) on the day if warranted, at the reasonable discretion of the Staff Member in charge. But don’t worry if you are in the Club, we won’t be kicking you out before time… unless you are really naughty.!! If in doubt or planning to arrive later in the evening, please call ahead (01789 762458) to avoid disappointment.
